Update on Events

The Team meeting last night had a very good turnout; 50 members. We have a total of 180 members from Vegas, Boulder City and Pahrump in just 3 weeks. We volunteered for leader positions and had a raffle where Ashley got to pick the names out of the jar. I actually won a beautiful print and some skull earrings made out of alluminum cans. Very cool. They actually only made it through my hands and then ended up in Ashley's ears. Our team will be at the Henderson Arts Walk every 3rd Thursday. The next Art Walk is June 17th. We will have a table at 1st Friday Art Walk Downtown on June 4th and we are organizing a HUGE Craft Fair with just our team members up at Mount Charleston at the Hotel on August 8th. Team Meeting

Tonight is our first Las Vegas Team Meeting. Our team is called etsydoesvegas and was started the beginning of May. It includes all local artists that have a shop on etsy. We are at over 150 members and growing. Tonight will be a meet and greet and show and tell. Sarah our leader has sent out a press release so we were told to come in makeup and not jammies just in case someone was interested in us.

We are working on creating our own local craft fair and are heading up the Henderson Art Walk every 3rd Thursday of the month.

Craft Show

The craft show was great experience last night. I was with a group that had purses, jewelry and tupperware and unfortunately the crowds were kidless. I did have success with a mom and her 3 year old and they bought 5 bows. Yay! She gave me some great tips- Like I need more colors than pink! What can I say? Im a pink person...... So my next collection will be blue and green.... Good bye pink... (just for this week)

Getting Ready for a Craft Show

I wanted to share my new Bow Boards filled with bows. I'm getting ready for a craft show this weekend and our first Vegas Etsy Team meeting on Tuesday. Tonight I'm making Tutu's.... Lots of them..... Let me know what you think about the display.

Bows for Sports

I wanted to share my new softball bows collection. I made them for my girlfriends girls so she can add a little bit of girl to the sport. They LOVED them! I'm hoping more of the moms love them as well. I can customize your team colors and sport.
